Fill Your Cup - a morning meditation with Sun and Moon Studio and EMRIS Ceramics

Join us on Sunday, April 28th for a morning of mindfulness. Alma Ivanovic of Sun and Moon Studio will lead us through a guided meditation. Set your intention for the week ahead and let your morning start slowly. Each guest will also receive a beautiful handmade mug from Emily Christopherson of EMRIS Ceramics. After your session, you will receive a complimentary cafe drink of your choice (have it in your mug if you like!). 

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for the meditation. We will have some chairs and bolsters for additional support. 

Please note that this is an in-person only event at the Martha Mae Studio (1727 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60622) on April 28th from 9:45 AM to 11 AM. This will take place on the 2nd floor and there are only stairs available.
